Vážení hosté vítáme Vás v malém rodinném penzionu. Pokud budete mít dostatek času, veškeré podrobné info o všem, co vás zajímá najdete na našem webu.

Pro rychlou orientaci jsme si dovolili stručnou charakteristiku penzionu a jeho služeb:

CHECK IN

accommodation on the day of arrival takes place from 3:00 p.m., unless otherwise agreed in advance.

1) In case of arrival anytime until 9:00 p.m. except Sunday (only until 3:00 p.m.) you will be accommodated and all information will be provided by our staff in the restaurant.

2) In case of arrival at any other time, you will find the keys to your room in the outdoor safe by the main entrance door. It is important in such a case to announce your late arrival in advance at tel. 601 227 277 (if unreachable, call 775 322 054), we will place the keys in the safe and provide you with the safe code for their collection.

CHECK OUT

On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 10:00 a.m.

Please hand over the room keys to the staff in the restaurant (in case of an early morning departure, the keys can be left outside in the door of your room).

If you require a later departure time, please check with the restaurant staff whether it is possible with regard to the arrival of other guests.

Please note that the guesthouse is not wheelchair accessible.

BREAKFAST

In our guesthouse, you can also enjoy breakfast, which is served in the restaurant from 7:00–10:00 Monday to Friday and from 8:00–10:00 on weekends. You can enjoy your breakfast with us for as long as you like.

Start your day with flavor at our breakfast. In the morning, the air is filled with the aroma of fresh coffee, pastries, and homemade treats.

Breakfast at Stará Lípa is not just a meal; it’s a pleasant ritual that marks the beginning of a relaxed day.

We serve a rich breakfast buffet with something for everyone:

  • fresh bread, butter, cheeses, cold cuts, pâtés
  • eggs prepared in various ways, sausages
  • sweet pastries, yogurts, cereals, jams, honey
  • filter coffee (espresso, cappuccino, or latte upon request), teas, apple and orange juice, water

PARKING

Convenient parking for hotel guests is available in the parking lot directly on the guesthouse premises. No worries – the entire area is monitored by a camera system.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING

Traveling by electric car? With us, you don’t have to worry about where to charge your vehicle. For our accommodated guests, we have prepared our own charging stations directly on the Stará Lípa premises, allowing you to charge safely overnight and leave in the morning with a full battery. Private parking at the guesthouse.

Simply ask at the reception upon arrival, and we will activate the charging for you upon request. The price for charging and parking under camera surveillance is 500 CZK/night/car.

WI-FI

Available throughout the guesthouse FREE OF CHARGE. A wired internet connection is also available in the rooms.

E-BIKE RENTAL

Discover the Českolipsko region from the saddle of a bike.

Would you like to explore the beauty of the surrounding nature without struggling up hills? We have the solution. Rent an e-bike from us and go on a trip through the Lusatian Mountains, discovering the beauty of the Mácha region effortlessly but with maximum enjoyment. The rental is available only for guesthouse guests. We have several new, high-quality models with long range.

INFORMATION FOR SMOKERS

THE RESTAURANT AND GUESTHOUSE ARE STRICTLY NON-SMOKING!!!
For the comfort of all guests, all indoor areas of the guesthouse and restaurant are strictly non-smoking.

Smokers have access to outdoor areas where they can enjoy a cigarette in peace. We want all guests, smokers and non-smokers alike, to feel comfortable with us. Thank you for your understanding.
